Saharawi voice & Råfilms new documentary about the legendary Saharawi singer Meriem Hassan goes on tour in Sweden

The tour kicked of in Malmö at doclounge with over 100 participants and has already sold out the tickets for the screening at Medelhavsmuséet in Stockholm where the first ever Saharawi stand up comedian, Asria will perform. There are plenty of opportunities remaining however to see the film.

Saharawi vocies Mohammedsalem is joining the tour in Sweden as one of the producers of the film and will give a talk at each of the screenings explaining the process behind the film, the situation in the refugee camps and how he sees the question of Western Sahara looking forward.

Solidarity Rising’s Benjamin Ladraa will be at most of the screenings to talk about how you can engage with the question of Western Sahara both locally and globally
